We are aware of a video going around with a troubling incident which took place in one of our stores.

We do not condone this behaviour and it is an outside incident which came into our store as it progressed.
It is not linked to any Pie City members or security.

We would however like to thank our security and police for assisting quickly and calmly to bring the situation under control and it is now handed over to the police for investigation.

We would also like to reach out to gogo and hope you are ok and make a quick recovery.
